Introduction:

"As Project Manager and UX Designer, I led the development of a real-time tracking tool for MSC Agencies, enabling global visibility into reefer container operations and transforming the way agencies managed bookings and cargo. This project allowed me to combine my high school education and passion for graphical design to create a visually appealing and functional product."

Challenges:

Designing a user-friendly interface for non-technical users across global MSC Agencies.
Collaborating closely with customers to gather feedback and refine the design through biweekly sessions.
Integrating telemetry data with booking systems to provide actionable insights.
Ensuring scalability and reliability to handle data from over 250,000 containers.

Solutions & Contributions:

"I spearheaded the creation of a modern, intuitive UI that allowed agency users to track reefer containers and bookings in real time. By incorporating Steve Krug’s Don’t Make Me Think principles, I ensured the interface was simple, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
I managed the entire project lifecycle, including writing user stories, conducting UX design, and creating technical designs. I worked closely with customers to align the product with their needs and maintained open communication through regular feedback sessions.
This project was supported by a team of offshore junior developers, and I took pride in mentoring the team and ensuring alignment with the vision. From all my projects, I am the proudest of this one."
